Kathleen is a professional who has a strong marketing background and a long-standing presence in the local foothill communities. She values and exemplifies integrity and honesty in all her relationships. Having achieved a Bachelor's degree from the Pasadena Art Center College of Design, she spent over 20 years creating benefit-driven marketing, promotion, design, and selling strategies. During this time, she worked for well-known ad agencies. Then, as a business owner, her clients included CB Commercial Real Estate, The City of Pasadena, The City of Santa Monica, The City of West Covina Redevelopment Agency, The American Red Cross, and Children's Hospital Los Angeles.

In 2009, Kathleen began her journey in the real estate industry as a transaction coordinator. She earned her agent license in 2011, further solidifying her commitment and expertise in the field. Her marketing skills have translated very effectively into real estate. Kathleen has the ability to help her clients market and sell their properties in the shortest time while still getting the highest sale price.

Kathleen also has a background working with the Department of Children & Family Services of Los Angeles. This experience has helped her know how to negotiate through very complex situations, providing resources and helping families make the most informed decisions to achieve their goals. It also strengthened her skills at problem-solving, and coordinating and completing complicated, intricate contracts.

Kathleen grew up in Glendale and has been a resident of the local Southern California area for her entire life. She is committed to her community and is an ongoing and active volunteer. She worked with the City of Pasadena to develop and organize special events and mentoring programs for older foster youths. Kathleen has been a Best Buddy Citizen through the Lanterman Foundation and mentored many children in foster care at the Five Acres Boys & Girls Aid Society, along with helping to bring in additional mentors, volunteers, and donations. She has achieved award-winning results in both these fields and has been recognized in many local media for her work. Kathleen helps her clients buy and sell real estate throughout Los Angeles communities. She lives in Montrose, and her children attend Glendale schools.
